Abstract
Blended Learning (BL) has been widely adopted in higher education. This innovative delivery method is crucial to improve students' engagement including at postgraduate level. This research examines User Experience (UX) of postgraduate blended learning module at a Malaysian private university. The six dimensions of User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) which are attractiveness, perspicuity, efficiency, dependability, stimulation, and novelty were used as the framework to evaluate UX of this application. An interdisciplinary Research Methodology course was selected to examine UX of BL module at postgraduate level. A total of 110 students participated in this study. The data was analysed based on mean, variance, and confidence interval. This study found that the pragmatic quality (efficiency, perspicuity, dependability) scores higher than hedonic quality (stimulation, novelty). This study however is limited to only one selected blended learning module. Future studies may examine other postgraduate courses using different UX framework and adding qualitative approach to understand further of UX of postgraduate blended learning module. 2022 ACM.
