;Mohamad Nazri Bin Mohamad SaidUltrasonic Ranging System uses the reflection property of sound wave to work. The device can measure the distance between two point by simply emit or transmit the short burst of ultrasonic wave and listening for an echo. The distance can be computed by multiply the speed of sound (approximately 1065 feet per second= 324.612 meter per second) by the time take by the emitted signal to return (time divide by 2). The ultrasonic ranging system device consists of three main parts: transmitter, receiver and the timing circuit. The design is purely hardware including the timing circuit. The circuit is activate when the trigger is pulled.2 122 - PublicationEPRB423 Project II Measurement of the transport critical current in thallium-1212 tapes at 77k using the 1uV/cm criteria(2000)
;Rohaizah Binti SelamatAg-sheathed T1-1212 tapes with a nominal composition of (T1Cr)SrCaCuO were fabricated using the powder-in-tube (PIT) method. Two sets of samples were annealed in oxygen flow at 800C and 890C each for 30 minutes. Another set was annealed at 800C for 1 hour. The tapes showed transition temperature, T between 80K to 100K.6 143 - PublicationSoftware development for fetal heart rate monitoring system(2000)
;Mohd Rahimi bin Abd RahmanThere are six techniques of ECG enhancement, wnich are subtraction technique, correlation technique, cross-correlation technique, orthogonal basis, adaptive technique and linear combination methods.37 165 - PublicationSoftware development for fetal heart rate monitoring system(2000)
;Rafiq Azeem N. bin Rahmat Ameen NThis thesis presents a development of a fetal rate monitoring software using Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0. The software will run under a Microsoft Windows environment where users can interact with it. The primary function of the software is to display the fetal heart rate traces where the data fetched from a binary file.22 138 - PublicationWeb based temperature control-heat bar experiment(2000)
;Mohd Najmuddin Bin Abdul RazakThe aim and objective of this project is to allow users to monitor the results of experiment via the Internet from remote places, which will be most beneficial for distance learning process. The particular experiment in this project is the 'heat bar experiment'. This system uses eight thermocouple wires to sense the heat distribution along a heat-conducting bar. The variation of temperature is controlled by a heater, which is connected to a heat bar through a personal computer using a computer programming language called the LabVIEW.6 144 - PublicationOnline tourist information system(2001)
;Jaspaljeet Singh s/o Ranjit SinghWeb sites are still a very new endeavor for most organizations. Many have rushed into sites without proper goals or planning. When it comes to sites, most of them especially the non-profit organizations focus on putting contest on their web site or just having a web site before considering design an usability issues.18 59 - PublicationStudies on magnetic field around overhead transmission lines in Malaysia single circuit configurations(2001)
;Asnawi bin Mohd BusrahIssues on electric and magnetic field produced by high voltage transmission lines now become an area of increasing public concern in Malaysia. Knowing the harmful effect of these field, it is desirable to control human exposure to these field by applying a number of alternative technologies available.9 55 - PublicationSoftware engineering : Specification, design, implementation and documentation of a vending machine system(2001)
;Ahmad Nor Azam bin MudaThis report is mainly about the development of a system or software. It states the application of the software engineering in developing the new system. The report tell step by step according to the life cycle of the software development.6 99 - PublicationOnline tourist information system(2001)

;Jason Ow Kean SeongVisual Basic (VB) is the most exciting development in programming in many years. It is the next generation of BASIC and is designed to make user-friendly programs easier to develop.9 104 - PublicationDevelopment of an abdominal fetal heart rate monitoring system(2001)
;H'ng Weng SekAbdominal recorders have been widely used in the acquisition of adult electrocardiogram (ECG). Such a portable system would also be beneficial for the monitoring of fetal electrocardiogram (FECG) from the abdomen of pregnant women.12 60 - PublicationStudies on magnetic field around overhead transmission line in malaysia double circuit configuration(2001)
;Muhammad Shahrudin Abd RahmanStudies on magnetic field have been carried out in developed countries for more than two decades. From the information gathered, there are significantly convincing evidences pertinent to the potential threat og magnetic field exposure on human health.1 50 - PublicationThe transport critical current of AG-Sheathed (T1,Cr) Sr2CaCu2O7 superconductor tapes(2001)
;Nor Salwa Bt. HamdanThe measurement of the transport critical current of T1-1212 superconductor tapes at three different annealing temperature and time were completed and recorded using the 1uV/cm criteria. The superconductor tapes labeled asM1, M10 and M11 were annealed at temperature of 890C for 30 minutes, 800C for 30 minutes and 800C for 1 hour respectively. The readings for the V-1 characteristics were obtained through the implementation of the standard four-point probe attached to the superconductor tapes and immersed in the boiling temperature of liquid nitrogen. The values of the V-1 characteristics were converted to uV/cm values by dividing the voltage values with the length of two voltage probes. From 1uV/cm criteria for the three tapes, we found that M10 has the highest value of critical current, I and no critical current was obtained sample M1.4 84 - PublicationDevelopment of an ultrasound obstacle detector(2001)
;Afaf Rozan Mohd RadzolRosmaizan Muhamad RobatThis thesis would give an opportunity to have an in-depth look on how ultrasound or ultrasonic (US) is used as an obstacle detector for the blind. The literature studies on ultrasound wave have been made and the researches were done to understand the behavior and the basic principles of the ultrasound and to achieve the objective of this project. The data collected were extracted from various sources such as physics textbook, optoelectronics books, and journals and relevant websites from the Internet. The gathered theory had helped us to design and implement the circuit for the thesis.18 60 - PublicationMesurement of magnetic fields due to an electrical appliance placed inside a faraday's cage to study its shielding effectiveness(2001)
;Mohammad Faizal bin YahayaFor project I, a Faraday's cage been designed and constructed with some help from Tenaga Nasional Research and Development (TNRD). The cage is now located in the High Voltage (HVT) Lab in UNITEN and is fully operational. Continuing from Project I, the objective of Project II was to conduct verification of the Faraday's cage3 30
