Abstract
This comprehensive and systematic literature review meticulously examines the intricate fusion and integration of various electronic recruitment methodologies, which are increasingly being utilized in conjunction with advanced artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, all within the expansive framework of global human resource management (GHRM), with the overarching objective of promoting and fostering sustainability within corporate universities. The review aims to understand how these technologies impact organizational performance and sustainability initiatives. It investigates how these digital tools enable organizations to streamline recruitment processes, enhance candidate screening and selection, and promote diversity and inclusion in the global talent pool. The review also explores the role of e-recruitment and AI in supporting corporate university programs, which are critical for developing a skilled and sustainable workforce. Additionally, the review highlights how corporate universities can leverage e-recruitment and AI to identify, nurture, and retain top talent, thereby contributing to the long-term sustainability of the organization. The insights gathered from this systematic literature review provide a comprehensive understanding of the opportunities and challenges associated with the intersection of e-recruitment, AI, and GHRM in the context of corporate university sustainability. ? 2024 IEEE.
