The main purpose of this research is to determine employees' perception towards career development system (OS) in TELEKOM MALAYSIA BERHAD. A total of 112 employees were selected as the sample of the research. This research employed a survey methodology to examine the relationship between the independent variables (selected demographic characteristics, associated factors of career development-training and development opportunities and organization reward system) and the dependent variable (career development system).

The idea to develop another theme park in Malaysia was mooted by one of our company directors. We believe there is a great prospect for such a venture in this country if the concept is right. It is our objectives to see the company to emerge as a leader in this particular industry. The company chooses to name the amusement park as The Dream World" as it believes that it is the most appropriate name to reflect its unique concept.

This study is aims to investigate the relationship between Corporate Governance (CG) determinants and financial distress among the industrial company in Malaysia. The five CG determinants that were identified are board size, board independent, CEO duality, director ownership, and director remuneration. The data is collected by annual report 2016 to investigate the CG determinants that contribute to financial distress or non-financial distress company. The sample for this study is 225 Industrial Companies in Malaysia. The financial distress is measured by Z-score model by Altman. The results show that board size and director ownership ship have a significant relationship with financial distress among industrial sector companies in Malaysia. The most significant corporate governance determinants in financial distress are board size and director ownership.

The determinants of quality time spent on the internet for academic puposes among students in higher learning education institute

Almost every student in higher education institutions uses Internet for academic and other purposes. The aim of this study was to examine the significant relationship between students' characteristics with quality time spent on the Internet. A survey on 200 students of UNITEN Muadzam Shah and Politeknik Muadzam Shah with various courses was carried out. Independent variables used to measure students' academic performance were age, CGPA, courses, gender and year of studies. Data collected showed that students' gender and year of studies do affect quality time spent on the internet.
