Abstract
Safety is an identical feature of life because it ensures that you and the people you work with are not injured in whatsoever progression you engage in. For institutions and individuals, upholding safety can save a lot of money in possibilities that come with all the injuries that come as a result of not perceiving safety. As mentioned before, safety is the responsibility of each individual and it is related to his relationship with surrenders whether it is people, machinery, tools, materials, methods of functioning or others. Safety is a set of procedures that are intended at avoiding accidents and study-related injuries, which are not less importance than the progress and quality of work.
There are variant sources for injuries issues, which are different from a country to another. In some states, insurance records are the most helpful source, while in others, inspection records are used. Down to some reasons, many of the injuries are not recorded and documented in Malaysia. The official statistics give only a number of total injuries, fatalities or statics injury cases caused in academic institutions. Therefore, the derivation of information of injuries at academic building from the official recording system is very difficult.
