This study presents the experimental results of fresh properties of concrete incorporating black fly ash (unburned carbon). Two kinds of materials fly ash and black fly ash (unburned carbon) were used as replacement for cement of 0% (control), 5%, 10%, 15% and 20% by weight of the total cementitious materials. The properties hardened concrete determined included compressive strength and tensile strength not forget the chemical characteristic. The results obtained from all the experiments show that fly ash is more strength and dependable compared to black fly ash (unburned carbon).en_US
