dc.description.abstractThe objective of the project is to expose the author with engineering design work and also to fulfill the University requirement. The project was started with some literature review that is supposed to make the author understand the theory and the basics of gyroscope. For the project, the author has design the gyroscope conceptually and completely chooses the component needed for this project. The author chooses the Farnell's potentiometer, oriental motor's DC motor, SKF's Y bearing and stainless steel as a body material. For the conclusion, the objective of project to expose the student with engineering work is quite successful to me with what I am experienced for the project and my three-axis gyroscope design can be use to sense an attitude in three axis.en_US
