A control method for the injecting and compensating of active and reactive power from a PV energy system into the grid is presented in this project. In controlling the power factor, the integrated power control can be implemented effectively to renewable energy systems to increase the voltage stability and power quality for the connected electric power system. The ESS commonly applied in PV energy system in order to achieve specific output power. In this project, the controlling device is connected to the grid through a VSI. The VSI is then manipulated to supply the active and reactive power into the grid.en_US
