This thesis explores the physical properties of Solid glass micro-sphere (SGM) filled epoxy composites. SGMs of various sizes are implanted in epoxy tar to create composites by hand-layup method. The composites for different SGM content running from 0 to around 35 vol % are in this way manufactured and the of composites are evaluated. The hypothetical qualities are then contrasted and thickness esteems acquired from the trial. This investigation shows that the joining of SGM brings about enhancement in warm protection ability of the polymer. Further, did some exploration on liquefying point and warm development analyse.en_US
