Abstract
The major aim of this thesis is to design a solution with the inspiration of the technology home automation has, and to aid users to utilize energy efficiently with a system that is less-costly and non-complex. Also, with the latest developments of internet technology, a new innovation, known as Internet of Things (Iot) that are currently overpowering the markets was introduced to the world. This technology will enable consumers to do many things, such as monitoring and control a device, anywhere in the world by just having an active internet connection. Therefore, this technology is to be implemented into the system to make it more attractive and marketable. With the help of already existing platform like ThingSpeak to monitor the system data logging and Blynk mobile application that will provide control of the device. The software is free to use and not complicated for a normal person to understand how to use the software.
