dc.description.abstractNowadays, many countries have adopted Electronic Health Record (HER) in order to provide a service in an effective and efficient way. Jordan adopted Electronic Health Record named Hakeem to improve the Jordanian health system. This research was conducted to study the impact of political factors (political stability, and Employment and labor law) on the EHR success. Using a questionnaire and focus group methods, data were gathered from 200 users for questionnaire and 12 participants in focus group. The finding indicates that the political factors have an effect in every internal success factors which lead to a significant political factor effect on the Electronic Health Record success. � 2017 IEEE.en_US
