The organization's IT department is currently dealing with a rapidly changing technological environment due to the changes driven by digitalization. Digitalization encompasses the technology-based transformation of organizations, including business models, products and services, business processes, and IT architectures. Every company has the opportunity to digitize their business processes and IT architectures that will lead to digitalization. However, it has caused almost every corporation to expand their organization through digitalization, leading the transformation to potential success. The research aims to identify the factors that influence the success of digitalization in an organization. To study how the factors influence the success of digitalization in an organization. Meanwhile, the issue that could arise is the improper use of digital products and platforms. In these cases, employees will be under pressure to change the way technology is used in the organization, and there must be plans that align with the organization's goals for digitalization. This research uses a mixed-methods approach that includes interviews with selected employees of a multinational corporation, and online questionnaires distributed to the IT department's management. The digitalization cooperation of an organization was evaluated based on various significant factors. Some of the factors had an impact on how people interacted with new technology or the work process. Other than that, from the research that we obtained from the literature review, interview, and online survey that the factors that influence the success of digitalization in an organization are technology, internet connection, leadership, equipment/tools, cloud storage, skill requirement, productivity, work environment, workflow, employee engagement, data management, teamwork, knowledge transfer, decision making, collaboration, transparency. The research also investigates available framework that is related to the success of digitalization in an organization. The model that can be related to this research is called DREAMY (Digital Readiness Assessment Maturity Model) and is based on the principle inspired by CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration) framework. In a conclusion, this research is focused on the factors that influencing the success of an organization. The factors will have an impact on the performance of the organization. 2021 IEEE.en_US
