Abstract
Nowadays electrical devices are one of important things. Almost every premise or building is equipped with electrical and magnetic fields (EMF) at all over the place. Over the last fifteen years, the concern about potential health effects form exposure to EMF has become a significant problem for electrical utilities and regulatory agencies.
