dc.description.abstract | Concerns about global warming and urban air pollution have become significant matters in developing countries. Human activity, consumption of energy and production of waste will increase as well and simultaneously risen up large amounts of carbon dioxide (CO2) and other greenhouse gases (GHG) into the atmosphere. Due to this large growth of CO2 emission, a number or places are economically and politically affected, resulting in precipitation changes leading to more floods, droughts or landslide. A methodology and tool that can effectively help global actors at different levels in the decision making process in responding to climate change. A route towards an optimal solution is by introducing sustainable construction. To satisfy the research aim and objectives, a mix of quantitative and qualitative method will be adopted. A sense of realisation has seeped in into these players and it proves that GBI has certified a generous amount of buildings gradually each year. Above average of the players learned that it is a abundant movement by the Government in promoting green construction. | |
