dc.description.abstractExtrusion is one of the widely used manufacturing process to convert raw materials into continuous product such as tubes, filaments, sheets and pipes. An efficient extrusion process requires the output product of consistent thickness for quality criteria to be achived. Inconsistant thickness of an extrudate occurs due to the improper selection of extrusion process parameters.
