Abstract
ABSTRACT Food industry has develop into one of the most important industry in Malaysia especially sambal hitam. Many small entrepreneurs had realised and grabbed this opportunity but faced financial problem thus still using traditional methods. Manual scooping required longer time and consumed larger energy. Furthermore, there was no specific dispenser for gravy and chunky liquid food in the market. Then, to solve all this problems and to increase the efficiency when packaging, a mechanical dispenser’s prototype been created and tested. A model also been created and experimented to test the theory and to observe the flow of the liquid into the packet.
