The main objective of our project is to design and construct a high speed ramp circuit to obtain the current-voltage characteristic of a plasma discharge. It can be then used for the measurement of the electron densities, ion densities, plasma temperature and plasma potential. The circuit can produce a ramp pulse of duration 60us to 750us and a repetition rate of 100Hz to 1000Hz.en_US
