dc.description.abstractThis study of Industrialised Building System (IBS) have been done towards construction body located in Selangor Darul Ehsan. A total of 11 experts and 103 workers have been involved in this survey in order to observe the implementation of IBS impact in term of quality and cost towards construction project performance. The expert have been classified by having 10 or more years of working experience while workers with less than 10 years of working experiences. The first questionnaire involved only experts while the second questionnaire are only for workers. The result of the study are then processed by using SPSS software version 25 and followed by establishment of Partial Least Square – Structural Equation Method (PLS-SEM) to obtained Cronbach’s Alpha in order to pass validity and reliability test. The connection between quality and cost have been ranks at the end of result of PLS-SEM.en_US
