dc.description.abstract | In this research, the development of regenerative braking system (RBS) for electric vehicle are studied. Electric vehicle (EV) technology has become the choice for automotive industry due to rising in environmental pollution problem. A RBS for electric vehicles was simulate and designed. The bi-directional DC-DC converter is been used in order to interlink each of the DC voltage battery that has been designed. In RBS, there will be two mode which is motoring and generating mode. This two mode are the condition of the motor to indicate either it need to be use or to store. In addition, the mathematical equation for the power electronic component are presented. Moreover, the design of this simulation is been constructed by using MATLAB/SIMULINK in order to simulate the system. | en_US |
