dc.description.abstractThis thesis develops a simulation of impact based forecasting of flood that can be used domestically. This project is able to aid in flood disaster in a simple yet effective way. Using a software called ArcGIS. A flood hazard map were developed to identify the impact and likelihood of an area based on the land use. Then, a flood risk matrix are produced. Flood risk matrix shows the overall risk of a flood hazard. Using the overall risk that identify using flood risk matrix, an advisory table which is a flood guidance statement for community to apply when certain risk occurred. The flood guidance statement are very easy to understand and it will help community to react proactively into flood hazard.en_US
