This paper presents the likelihood for the utilization of bamboo fibre as well as bamboo and coir fibre together in a hybrid composite with epoxy resin. In this study, I have prepared bamboo fibre reinforced epoxy composites and a bamboo/coir fibre hybrid composite. Hence, to determine the mechanical properties of various volume fraction of bamboo fibre reinforced epoxy composites. The impact of bamboo fibre as well as coir fibre on the composites were also explored. Based on manual casting technique, the composite films of pure epoxy resin, 3%, and 5%, weight to weight basis of bamboo fibre and bamboo/coir mixed fibre were fabricated. The impact of different ratio of fibre was analysed in the experimentation and discovered that the composites demonstrated an excellent tensile characteristic with the increment of fibre proportion.en_US
