| dc.description.abstract | This paper discusses the introduction and implementation of economic Home Automation System (HAS) and the remote control system. This framework is aimed at helping and help to meet the needs of seniors and people who are physically challenged at home. In addition, it improves the normal living status of houses with the idea of home automation. A basic control system uses a Bluetooth wireless device, which provides wireless access to smartphones. With the system design, the existing electric switches are not removed, and the low voltage switches can be controlled safely. This system controls electrical equipment throughout the house with ease of installation, smooth and reliable operation with economical design and implementation. In addition to conventional domestic automation systems, the suggested system uses a timer to utilise energy efficiently. This paper also describes the architecture of hardware and software, future operations and scope of a system. The proposed prototype of a HAS has been hardware-based and tested and has produced the exact and anticipated results. | |
