The SER1M program has ‘given away’ 200 Voltron EPABs to UNITEN and The Entrepreneurship Development Unit (EDU) has launched the EPAB Ambassador program. This project is based on analysis done on existing design of bicycle locking system and the electronic bicycle locking system designed for the Voltron EPAB. The rationale to pursue this project is to provide the electronic bicycle locking system for Voltron EPABs which is given away the Ambassador to make sure the safety of the EPABs. Surveys were conducted to gather the voice of customer and data required for the house of quality and the morphological diagram. Based on the data, resulted to a completed design with the stress analysis. However, the locking system requires an improvement in power consumption by improving the selection of the current power source and make it last longer.en_US
