The aim of this project is to design and develop an IOT wearable sensor that detect and indicate the strength of the magnetic field on live switchgear. This can provide an immediate awareness of strength of magnetic fields radiated from power cabinets in industrial sites. This prototype provides the magnetic field reading and audible warning to those whore are worn on the body as well as notify the supervisor via smart phone. In this model, a magnetic limit of 3000 microTesla, 2000 microTesla and 1000 microtesla can be set as a limit. Besides, it also examines the exposure levels of employees to magnetic fields and to develop a model to guide the power industries to enhance the safety standard within the working environment.
