dc.description.abstractThe objective of this thesis is to determine the failure mode and to establish the failure root cause of the High Pressure Vaporizer tube in Paka Power Station. Others objective are too revealed and to analyze the failure tube microstructure. In order to fulfill the objective of the project, various methodology of application such as measuring the thickness of the tube, tested on the chemical composition, hardness of the materials and lastly microscopic examination has required proofing that the failure is due to some process. Furthermore, all the result will explain and identify the mechanisms of failure.en_US
