dc.description.abstractThe paper will highlights on the implementation of sustainability through value management in a transport facility company which is Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad. There have been various and numerous challenges and opportunities that many organization have been facing to implement sustainable development and not all sustainable development initiatives have been as successful as intended. One of the important assets in a country is an airport as it provide a lot of benefit in term of economic, cultural, political and military aspect.It is rational to enhance the concept of sustainability through the value management approach for the air transportation issues. Planning stages need to be execute in the most cost effective method of maintenance and reestablishment for a good investment return.
