This thesis reports on the theoretical calculations and experimental analysis of dynamic stress incurred on an aluminium trolley used for high-torque motorised system. Several lab equipment was procured to conduct the experimental part of the analysis while PTC Creo 2.0 and ANSYS 19.1 were utilised to model the three-dimensional model on computer to simulate the force applied by the motorised system. The simulation produced three values for three types of stresses which is the von Mises, Maximum Principal Stress and Maximum Shear Stress.en_US
