Abstract
The scope of the project is to design and develop a computerize information system that can be used in small and medium size industry by manager and engineer at middle level management to perform their daily duties and decision-making. Form the analysis of the present information system in Everyday Brush Industry, we have propose a more effective information system that can achieved our objective to improve productivity, effectiveness of the production operation, effectiveness in communication and to increase the organization integration. The new system will be using a network base system that will integrate all of the departments together. The storage of information can be more easily and safely. Manager and engineer can access the information more quickly and decision can be made faster and more precise using the available tools and programs. This system consist of 3 major components, there are Inventory Control System created by using Ms Access, Master Production Schedule using Ms Excel and Material Requirement Planning using Ms Excel. Beside, Visual Basic is used to do some add on functions and calculations on the program. The delivery of a reliable, responsive, efficient and user friendly information system service is crucial to the overall success of an organization information management strategy. Much good work in the other phases of strategy can be undone if the daily operational serve is below the standards of expectation. Therefore all aspects of providing the service must be carefully planned and monitored.
