The title of the is development of a modular pipeline inspection robot system. The aim of this project is to design, develop, fabricate and test a modular robot for inspection of internal pipe of boiler. The modular robot is used to inspect any defect, blockage, crack or pitting in the pipe. All this inspection is done by using a camera attached in front of the modular robot. Generally this modular robot is a carrier type robot which have camera onto it. The scope of the project is to inspect an internal pipe of size varies from 2 inch and above. This modular robot can move through in any complicated angles and sizes of the boiler tubes. The changes in the diameter can be either drastically fast or slow but it must not be less than 2 inch
