dc.description.abstractThe objective of this project was to identify and analyze the problems occurred in the Uniten's library terminal building chilled water pump where the specific analysis was done on the motor. This project consists of several experimental works which had done on the motors. This project was divided into two phases which will be completed in a period of one year. The first phase, which have been done in project one consisted of the problem identification, literature survey, analysis and observation. In the second phase, the work continued in the observation and analysis of the bearing temperature of the motors, calculating the motor capacity to see whether it is over loaded or not and to propose ways to overcome the problems.en_US
