The objective of my study is to identify potential safety deficiencies of various elements that cause road accidents and to propose low cost but still comparable and effective measures to prevent road accidents. In order to carry out my case study, I used RoSPA (The Royal Society for The Prevention of Accidents) Engineering Manual as my main reference. The purpose of the RoSPA Road Safety Engineering Manual is to campaign for change, influence opinion, contribute to debate, educate and inform the basics of road safety engineering. This study was carried out in Precinct 8, Putrajaya. First, accident data was obtained. Then, high risk location is determined by ranking. Statistical analysis which is the calculation of standard deviation and Poisson test were done.en_US
