dc.description.abstractS&F is a new satellite communication platform which relaying all the data collected from the ground terminals in especially rural or remote areas to the elients via LEO satellites. The S&F offers low-powered transmission power as low as 20mW using LoRa modulation suggested by the University of Tokyo in Japan's environment. The S&Fwill dependent on the ability of the ground terminal transmission to the satellite(uplink) and the satellite trasmmision to the ground station (downlink).
