dc.description.abstractThe suggested idea is to implement and execute the bottle cap inspection machine in the manufacturing production line. In this paper, author strongly focuses on the bottle inspection system to reduce human errors, manual labour work and high hiring staff recruitment cost. The suggested idea implements a wireless network for an bottle cap inspection system to efficiently read and send the data to the manufacturers to monitor their bottle cap defects through ESP 8266 Wifi module. The design of the bottle cap inspection machine consists of components such as an Arduino UNO, ESP 8266 Wifi module and HD USB Webcam automated visual inspection machine. The Wifi module is embedded with Arduino UNO for the wireless communication between the production line and manufacturers. The expected outcome shows that the proposed design works is efficient, and it is practical to implement in applications for bottle cap inspection machine.en_US
