Abstract
Traffic Impact Assessment serves as a mechanism to evaluate the effects of any development may have on its surrounding traffic and transportation systems. By using Traffic Impact Assessment, traffic congestion and other negative impacts can be minimizing. Besides, Traffic Impact Assessment will subsequently come up with corrective measures to minimize the impeding negative impacts upon the development completion and full utilization.
