Abstract
The need to find an alternative for the cooling system for Centralized processing Unit has driven the effort to conduct this project. Based on the hypothesis that semiconductor performance is inversely proportional to its temperature, the study of microprocessor cooling system is conducted to further enhance the understanding about the various method of cooling system. With the problem statement defined, the objectives of this project are to study the principles and operation of Microprocessor Cooling System and to identify the effectiveness and possibility of integrating future CPU design with standard liquid cooling system. This system would later be implemented on the existing system to stimulate the real condition where load will be applied to the microprocessor to monitor its performance over temperature.
