Biogas technology is an effective solution to deal with the problem of a more stable and effective source of renewable energy through its potential capacity to maintain an atmosphere free of pollution. In addition to being a renewable energy source, biogas digester systems would stop high exposure of methane, carbon dioxide and other pollutants to the atmosphere. In addition, biogas combustion displaces the use of fossil fuels for energy generation, thus contributing to additional greenhouse gas (GHG) and other air pollutants reduction. In latest years, to compliment the growing interest in renewable energy, a growing number of centralized biogas plants have been built to transform livestock manure into renewable energy products such as electricity or bio methane products for their cost efficiency. The present idea is to use industrial and agro industrial waste from farms and palm oil mills to generate methane gas by means of anaerobic digestion. An anaerobic digester includes an oxygen-free system that enables microorganisms to degrade the organic material for biogas production. Once the biogas is generated, it can be used to assist the developing world for various applications. This paper will investigate anaerobic co-digestion between two or more substrates samples consisting primarily of palm oil mill effluent (POME), napier grass and cow dung. It has been discovered that the measure of biogas yield from these substrates increments with an expansion in volatile solid and diminishes with a decrease in volatile solid proportion. Furthermore, biomethane potential method have been utilized to assess anaerobic biodegradability, potential proficiency, and organic matter in every substrate.en_US
