dc.description.abstract | The main objective of this project is to determine methods in increasing the energy conversion efficiency of Copper Indium Gallium Selenide (CIGS) thin film solar cells. This porject was accomplished by the help of silvaco's technology computer aided design (TCAD) ATLAS software, in this work an initial model structure of ZnO/ZnO/CIGS/Mo CIGS solar cell was created and tested to confirn the functionality of the software. | en_US |
