Abstract
Accidents at work can leads to physical or mental harm and also cause to death. Case study shown there are many factors that can cause the electrical accident but the most common caused due to safety procedures are not comply prior to work. Base on this scenario, an initiative to decrease the number of electrical accidents by increasing or enhance the technical competency as well as to educate and increase the safety awareness within the employee are created. In this thesis, the project will be consented on developing a computer software will be used to test the level of technical understanding every employees in carrying out work as well as evaluation of safety practices that been practiced. A bank of questions related to performing work, the understanding in the technical field, safety awareness and general knowledge will be provided as an evaluation questions. This software will be known as 'Online Competency and Safety Assessment' and will be used to assess Technical Employee in TNB known as an Authorized Person.
