Abstract
This 3D Courseware is an interactive 3-Dimensional Multimedia where it combined different types of media such as graphic, text, sounds, video and animation as a guide for user to learn about Highway code. The main objective of the system is to teach user about Highway Code. The project has been started off by doing research-by-research, surfing and interviews. the objectives of creating this project are to make learning more interactive, to attract user to learn about Highway Code, and to reduce road accidents. On educational prospect, this project is targeted to give a chance to apply the knowledge that have been gained and learn new multimedia software through self-teaching.
