dc.description.abstractThe aim of this thesis is to understand and characterize the factors of causing ramping event in a large scale solar photovoltaic (PV) system. The best location to install the solar photovoltaic source with a battery storage system (BESS) is determined and studied in this research project. As PV ramping events and give a new technique to locate the best location to install a new large scaled capacity of solar PVfarm connected with BESS.
