Abstract
This task involved planning and creating 3D Solar Powered Water Treatment Device using 3D CAD programming. The prototype was created to treat water for better quality of the lakes water and water streams. A concept was developed to consider the prototype's effectiveness in water treatment. Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) examination was utilized to catch the proficiency of the G-Filtro by mimicking and displaying the water flow, velocity and pressure. As the results show, the most intense speed size at the pipe outlet was around 2.1 m/s. The velocity shape demonstrated high speed at the pipe outlet of the prototype. The velocity moves towards becoming lower as separation from the pipe outlet was further away. The outcome from the model stream speed estimation at pipe outlet was around 2 m/s. The pressure magnitude was between 9Pa to 20.9Pa. Studies of water quality parameters from the research facility have shown that the G-Filtro's water production and water flow was applicable for house and could expel the pollution productivity. The results of speed form, water stream way lines, water stream streamlines and weight shape were effectively gotten.
