dc.description.abstractThe Better Brighter Internship Program, TNB and Mechanical Engineering Department, UNITEN holders are selected to participate in the Final Year Project which required to investigate on the enhancement of Vecoplant at Jengka Advance Renewable Energy Plant (JAREP), Jengka, Pahang. The moisture content is increasing 10% from previous data due of the plant shutdown or maintenance equipment. This factor will be effected the fuel conveying system of process from EFB fiber into combustion area, its means if the moisture increment is propositional to increment of EFB fiber mass. By occur this problem, the levelling equipment were attach at the conveyor 6 system had been material defect, corrosion, and worst case by damaging the levelling system. For this report, the objective is to present a new modelling concept levelling mechanism on the literature and calculation capacity EFB fiber that run-off at Conveyor 6, JAREP. The initial designs were failure due high impact and force toward the levelling mechanism. Seem its new product, the resource to be reverse engineering from other sector for find best levelling mechanism design.
