The availability of different waste materials is increasing day by day due to the high increment of population and the disposal of these materials is a big problem. Plastic one of these materials, which is a very versatile material widely used in the packaging of many outputs of industry. Surface course in the pavement structure which is the top layer of the pavement considered as the most expensive element of it because it contained bitumen. In order to reduce bitumen amount, a study of mixing plastic bottle waste and concrete aggregate waste in the asphalt mixture was conducted. For this research, the waste concrete aggregate percentage was constant 30 % for all asphalt mixtures after washing and drying and the plastic bottles waste content percentages that were tested is 0%, 0.5%, 1%, and 1.5%. Plastic bottles waste was cut to small pieces and sieved. Tested bitumen content percentages were started from 4.5% and it is increasing by 0.5% until 5.5%. Marshall test was conducted also bulk density test. As a result, it is shown that more addition of plastic bottles waste with more addition of bitumen binder can improve the specifications of the hot asphalt mixture that contained waste concrete aggregate.en_US
