Metal weldment failures is the most famous reason for why in the streamlined industry which helps mishaps and incidents. Welded structure from a large portion of the structures and hardware in the businesses. Welding of even steel plate with other kind of structures or with an alternate level plate is the most regularly finished work in the commercial ventures. To explore the quality of distinctive welding kind of the even steel plates and finish up the better sort of welding on level steel plate, this venture has been conceived to research the weldment layer between SMAW and GTAW assuming that it might have critical contrast on a typical even steel plate. This is since both welding systems are distinctive in the way it is carried out and completed. Diverse kind of welding will have distinctive quality lands and contrasts in welding substance. Along these lines, 2 sort of NDT systems will be performed on the metal plates specifically dye penetrant testing and radiography on both the SMAW and GTAW welded level steel plate. A malleable testing for both of the welded metal plates might be directed to demonstrate which sort of welding is stronger than the other one. Subsequently a conclusion could be made on which kind of welding is stronger and suitable for a level steel plate and concoct a positive effect.
