This thesis reports the development of important objective of the thesis, which is to identify, the chemical and microstructural features of bacteria in order to produce a mix blocks for retaining wall blocks to sustain the pressure. Basically, this wall blocks is to sustain any lateral pressure of soil or the water pressure at the coastal layer by using bacteria as material that replace cement. A refined and accurate study of the literature review will help in improving the ground basic of the project.en_US
