| dc.description.abstract | The organic-metal halide perovskite is emerging technology in photovoltaic solar cells. For any solar cell to get the significant efficiency depends on various design parameters such as material thickness, device architecture, doping concentration etc. Perovskite solar cells have been considered a promising photovoltaic technology because of the superb photoelectrical properties along with low materials costs. In the present work Perovskite solar cell was developed using methyl ammonium lead iodide, the cell was fabricated using doctor blading technique and tested in ambient conditions. The efficiency and fill factor of the cell was measured as 6.24% and 0.64 respectively. There are many solar cell simulation software which can be used to carry out the simulation and thus optimization based on those parameters. Here for this research, I have used SCAPS because it is simple, efficient and quite popular in solar cell research society | en_US |
