Wireless Power Transfer (WPT) is the technology that able to transfer power through air as a medium without any wire connection. It can be categorized into three types, which are short-range, mid-range and long range. This thesis focuses on mid-range WPT as it is more efficient and it can be transferred at a promising distance. In this thesis, CST Microwave Studio is used to simulate the S-parameter, Z-parameter, E-field and H-field under different condition such as variation of distance, changing number of coils and rotational angle. Also, this thesis proves that multiple receiver charging works and it achieved highest efficient under critical coupling rather than over coupling and under coupling. Based on the simulation result, parameters such as resonant frequency is input to the MATLAB SIMULINK simulation for circuit design purposes.
