The solar panel, which receives energy from natural resources, can create electricity from the Sun. A solar panel is widely used in most buildings and houses. The efficiency of the solar panel is depending on its output power produced. The main factor that influence the maximum power produced are solar irradiance and cell temperature. However, these two parameters are mainly be affected by climate conditions. This thesis focussing on the influence of climatic conditions on solar irradiance and cell temperature and hence it will affect the maximum power produced by a particular solar panel as well. Neural network has been used to find the performance of the climatic conditions against the solar irradiance and ambient temperature due to its ability to learn through the data and produce the output that is not limited to the input provided to them. As for the results, relative humidity has the highest contributions towards solar irradiance and ambient temperature compared to wind speed and cloudiness, but when combining or increasing the input of the neural network, the performance of the model is increase. As for the solar PV system, the characteristics of I-V and P-V curve shows that higher irradiance produced more power but lower cell temperature produced more poweren_US
