dc.description.abstractWollastonite a naturally occuring calcium silicate with the molecular formula CaSio3, has been extensively researched due to its potential application in the medical filed. This is due to the high bio-compatibility of ceramics such as wollastonite with human tissues. Wollastonite has also shown a high degree of osteo-genation for practical uses and applications in the bio mdeical field.en_US
