dc.description.abstractNowadays it's all about communication in this smart world with the fast growth of advanced computer technology, data gathering and monitoring systems. Modbus communication protocol is one of the communication protocols and used in massive industrial equipment like RTU, TCP, PLC and other intelligent instruments. Modbus is used for transmitting information over serial lines between electronic devices. The device involved in exchanging information are Modbus Master and Modbus Slave. In order to fulfil the requirements for the embedded data processing monitoring system of the data gathering system based on the TCP / IP Modbus protocol is built in this paper with the use of more new technologies.en_US
